Mr. Timilsina showcases his proficiency in project designing, financial planning, and budgeting, ensuring astute financial management aligned with organizational objectives. Mr. Virochan Khanal
Director
Mr. Virochan Khanal is a qualified chartered accountant from ICAI (2013) and a member of ICAN. He holds a commerce degree from IGNOU, India, and a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, UK. Currently working as managing partner in M/s U.V. Associates, Chartered Accountants, he is also co-founder and chairman of Miyo Securities P. Ltd. His expertise includes corporate finance, taxation, corporate laws, growth strategies, project financing, and audit & assurance.
Mr. Ujjwal Shahi
Finance Expert
Mr. Shahi is a qualified chartered Accountant from ICAI (2013) and a fellow member of ICAN. He is also a commerce graduate from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He was trained as a Chartered Accountant in one of the most prestigious Big Four firms, Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC), India where he worked for four and a half years. He also worked with prestigious firm CSC & Co., Chartered Accountants in Nepal.

Mr. Rimal is a seasoned finance executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the apparel fashion, and hospitality sectors. A Jacksonville State University BS in Accounting graduate and UCLA Anderson Executive Education alumnus, he led 15x sales growth at Toad&Co, orchestrated the revival and 20x sale of Nau Inc. to Black Yak, founded the Himalayan Cuisine franchise, and launched his career as staff accountant and assistant controller for a $50M+ restaurant group.
Mr. Ishwor Singh Bhandari

He has worked in various reputed industries in Nepal as Finance Lead and C.F.O. for more than 3 years. Mr. Raunaq B. Malla
Hospitality Expert
Mr. Malla studied at London South Bank University, subsequently working in the UK in the National Health Services (NHS). He has since worked within Tourism and Hospitality industry in Nepal and is a member of Institute of Hospitality (IoH). He was the International Cricket Council (ICC) representative in Nepal and later the General Manager at CNN. Mr. Malla is currently working as business development executive and leading Business Incubation wing at CoreSync.
