Owning the full product lifecycle for AI-first mobile and enterprise SaaS products: discovery, roadmap execution, delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Set product direction for an AI-powered field data collection app that prepopulates construction work orders and guides technicians step by step to improve speed and accuracy.
- Launched a Schedule Management System adopted by 500+ users, helping win three DOT clients and one commercial client; also launched a Workflow Engine used by 300+ people.
- Lead customer discovery and translate insights into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritized backlogs, and release plans that teams can deliver.
- Coordinate Agile delivery for cross-functional teams of 4-9 members, including offshore developers, through sprint planning, backlog grooming, technical design reviews, and UAT leadership.
- Drive launches beyond the build with training sessions, webinars, onboarding programs, release notes, SOPs, and adoption strategies for enterprise users.
- Partner with GIS, ERP, and state-agency software vendors on integrations; manage release and change processes aligned with FedRAMP and state cybersecurity requirements.
